Refund Policy

Infopro Technologies Ltd operates a fair refund policy for paid subscriptions.

Beta Period

The platform is currently in free beta. No charges apply during the beta period, so no refunds are necessary.

Paid Subscriptions (When Available)

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in Nigerian Naira (NGN)
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• No charges will be made after cancellation

Refund Eligibility

• Full refund within 7 days of first payment if unsatisfied with the service
• Refunds for technical issues that prevent use of paid features
• No refund for partially used billing cycles after the 7-day window

How to Request a Refund

Send your refund request to support@infopro.ng with your account email and reason. We process refunds within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
