Privacy Policy

InfoPro is a product of PHANGS LTD ("we", "our", "us"). We operate an academic writing and plagiarism analysis platform and are committed to protecting our users' privacy.

1. Information We Collect

This policy describes the information handled by the current InfoPro application. It does not promise a storage location, retention period, or provider that the running service has not established.

When you use our platform, it handles:

Account Information

• Name and email address
• Password hashes and session tokens needed to sign you in

Uploaded Content

• Documents and text you submit to projects, writing, assignment, document, or integrity tools
• Generated drafts, analysis results, project state, and saved academic work

Usage Data

• Session, request, error, and service-use records needed to run and protect the service
• Payment and coin-ledger records when payment is enabled

2. How We Use Information

We use collected data to:

• Provide plagiarism detection and AI content analysis services
• Generate AI writing assistance
• Measure service operation, performance, and provider usage
• Prevent misuse, fraud, or abuse
• Communicate service updates

3. AI Processing

Submitted content may be sent to the configured processing provider when that is needed to perform the requested tool action. AI responses are informational and assistive only and should not be treated as academic guarantees.

4. Storage and Security

The application uses authenticated Gateway sessions and stores account-linked academic records in its service databases to provide its tools. Content may also be cleared by configured retention controls. We use access controls and session handling to protect the service. Deployment-specific hosting and provider disclosures are added only when they are verified for the live service.

5. Data Retention

You can delete your account in the profile menu. Deletion removes account-linked content and sessions. Payment, refund, accounting, fraud-prevention, reconciliation, and minimal operational records may remain where needed; those records are separated from the deleted account profile. We do not state a retention period until it has been approved against the live operating requirements.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data and account
• Withdraw consent for data processing

7. Service Providers

We rely on the following third-party services:

• PHANG Identity. Authentication and session management
• Configured processing providers. Used only when a requested tool needs external processing
• Paystack. Used for payments only when the payment path is enabled

Provider configuration and live processing are disclosed from verified deployment evidence. We do not state an advertising-sharing practice that has not been legally approved.

8. Children's Privacy

Our platform is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
