Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Infopro platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Service Description

Infopro Technologies Ltd ("we", "the Company") provides:

• Plagiarism detection against a corpus of indexed sources
• AI-generated content detection
• AI-assisted academic writing tools
• Document analysis (PDF, Word, CSV)

Results are informational and advisory only. We do not guarantee 100% detection accuracy. Users are responsible for verifying results before academic submission.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this platform. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@infopro.ng.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Only upload content you have the legal right to use
• Not use the platform to facilitate academic fraud or dishonesty
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
• Not upload malicious, illegal, or harmful content
• Comply with all applicable Nigerian laws

5. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies. The platform is a tool to assist your work, not a replacement for your own judgement. Users bear full responsibility for how they use AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By using the platform, you grant us a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not claim ownership of your documents.

7. Beta Service

The platform is currently in beta. Features may change, be removed, or experience downtime without prior notice. We appreciate your feedback as we improve the service.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Data Deletion Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infopro Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to academic consequences.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
