How to Request Deletion
- Email admin@infopro.ng from your registered email address
- Use the account deletion option in your profile settings (when available)
What Gets Deleted
Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will delete:
- Your account profile and credentials
- All uploaded documents and analysis results
- Project data and saved reports
- Plagiarism check history
What May Be Retained
- Anonymised usage statistics (no personal identifiers)
- Records required by law or for fraud prevention
- Billing records for completed transactions (if applicable)
Processing Time
Deletion requests are processed within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
