Data Deletion Policy

Infopro Technologies Ltd respects your right to control your data. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

• Email legal@infopro.ng from your registered email address
• Use the account deletion option in your profile settings (when available)

What Gets Deleted

Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will delete:

• Your account profile and credentials
• All uploaded documents and analysis results
• Project data and saved reports
• Plagiarism check history

What May Be Retained

• Anonymised usage statistics (no personal identifiers)
• Records required by law or for fraud prevention
• Billing records for completed transactions (if applicable)

Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
