Data Deletion Policy

InfoPro is a product of PHANGS LTD. We respect your right to control your data. You may request deletion of your account and the content linked to it at any time.

How to Request Deletion

• Sign in, open your profile menu, then choose Delete Account.
• If you cannot sign in, contact admin@infopro.ng so we can verify the request.

What Gets Deleted

When the in-product deletion finishes, it removes:

• Your account profile and credentials
• Uploaded content, projects, documents, reports, and derived academic work stored for your account
• Active refresh sessions and account access
• Account-linked learning and curriculum records

What May Be Retained

• Payment, refund, accounting, fraud-prevention, and reconciliation records that must be retained
• Minimal operational records needed to protect the service and investigate failures

Where retained records are needed, we remove the account profile and replace its account link with a retained record identifier. Retained records do not keep your projects or uploaded content.

Processing Time

The in-product flow confirms only after the connected InfoPro service has completed its deletion step. We do not promise a fixed retention period here; applicable legal and operational retention rules are documented as they are approved.
